These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Mediavario service (the "Service"), operated by FRST Media Europe B.V., Keizersgracht 268, 1016EV Amsterdam, Netherlands (KvK 80008798). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
Mediavario is a mobile entertainment pass that provides users with access to a curated catalogue of digital content, including cloud games, movies and series, e-books and audiobooks, HD wallpapers, music and podcasts, and mobile apps. Access is granted for a fixed 7-day period following a one-time charge, billed through your mobile carrier.
Subscription and Billing
Access to the Mediavario catalogue is granted upon a one-time charge of €5.18, billed directly to your mobile account through your mobile carrier — no credit card is required. This is a single, non-recurring charge that unlocks 7 days of access from the moment of activation. Should you wish to continue accessing the Service after this period, a new one-time charge is required to renew access.
If you no longer wish to use or renew the Service, simply allow your current access period to expire — no cancellation action is required. Any request to stop billing or renewal messages can be made by contacting us or your mobile carrier directly. We do not issue refunds once the access period has begun.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal purposes. You must not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content available through the Service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying technology.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Service.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
Intellectual Property
All content made available through Mediavario — including but not limited to games, videos, e-books, wallpapers, music and images — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your access grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and view content for personal, non-commercial use only, for the duration of your active access period.
Service Availability
We endeavour to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such interruptions.
Content Changes
The content catalogue is regularly updated. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify content at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific titles is not guaranteed.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to access the content immediately ceases.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FRST Media Europe B.V. and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your most recent access period.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at info@mediavario.com so that we can seek an amicable resolution.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
